Took 5 weeks to get The PhotoStick. Never worked- Tried many times on my Mac. Total Garbage. $83.87 Canadian. Lesson learned. May try to get some corrective action, but not easy to contact.

They are fraudsters. took my money in April and never delivered it and fake UPS number. My credit card company is recovering my money. STEER CLEAR

This place is a scam. Took my money the 4th April. Tracking is all over the place and you cannot reach anyone for support or a refund. I will be asking my credit card company to chargeback as fraud.

The two photosticks having arrived in this country on May 4th finally arrived at my home today June 4th. After reading all the bad reviews i immediately plugged the photostick into my laptop , it loaded no problem,while waiting for the download i watched the advanced install video which was very helpful i then used the advanced settings in for both photo and video.Having installed and uninstalled a few times using different setting each time transferred 30GB no problem. i will keep trying different settings on both photo and video will post another update after messing around more. ONE TIP CHECK THE SETTINGS AND OPTIONS. CHEERS

I bought a photostick. When it arrived it did not work. Contacted via email chat and after trying various things, to no avail, they sent me another one. It arrived today, it didn't work either. Contacted them again, this time they weren't interested. Sent me a pdf file to return the photostick and to add insult to injury l have to pay the return postage.

Rubbish product. Stick took nearly 8 weeks to arrive but was faulty. The tech'experts' could not fix it & I was told to return it at my expense, (to the USA). I asked if I could be sent another copy of the download file they originally sent me so I could try one more time, but all attempts to speak to someone are ignored. A 2 minute wait lasted over an hour, at which point I gave up trying! An expensive mistake!

shocking company. Took my money on 1/5/2020 $57.98 and no product or response to my email. On tracking says item not even left Chicago. I am based in London. Would like to give 0 starts but does not give that option. Contacting paypal now to investigate and get money back. Their site gives live chat option on US time. very bad service

So the stick arrived after 3 months. Inserted it and it started to scan. After 2 minutes it stuck. Tried 5 times without success so contacted service support. They said i needed to install a Driver Support (why do they not tell you this before you buy the stick?0. Went into Driver Support. It costs $9.99 per month. I have NEVER had any problems with any other usb/program/installation. This appears to be a scam and I intend to take legal action against them if they do not sort it out. I do not take kindly to wasting 7 hours of my time trying to get this useless item working.
