Ordered a Photostick in early April. Its now July and no sign of it. I contacted Pay Pal to ask for a refund but they just continue to extend the case as they say the product is on its way. The company never reply to emails or pick up the phone. A complete scam that sadly Pay Pal seem to be supporting by refusing to give me a refund. If you make the mistake of ordering through this company, use a credit card so you can get a refund when it doesn't arrive.

I placed an order 18/5/20 and as of 3/7/20 it hasn't arrived in Australia. I had a "live chat" with someone on their site who said tracking stops when the parcel leaves the US and I needed to wait. There is no way to track the parcel locally and the staff member wouldn't help. I now believe this is a total scam and that I'll never get the product or if I do it won't work. I'll be placing this review everywhere I can and telling everyone I know.

I ordered this because it should have been simple to use. It took a long time to arrive, when it did I plugged it in, clicked ‘go’ and it started ok. Then it stopped working. I tried again, it stopped working. I contacted online help, followed their advice, still didn’t work. Contacted online help again , they sent me link to format the stick. Once I did this, it didn’t work at all. Absolute waste of money and then it cost me £11 to return it! Don’t buy it!

I paid £57 for a 64GB photostick. It took six weeks to arrive, but I was not in a hurry, so was fine with this. However, It copied my photos and video's (I believe) but when I plug the Photostick back into my PC, it doesn't recognise it or open it! I have tried, unsuccessfully to contact the company for support, with no luck at all!

Bought one plugged it in worked fine to start with. Tried it again shows on laptop drive but soon as you try to do anything with it it disappears from the drive and comes up with error. ❎Exception Processing Message, 0xc0000013 - Unxpected Parameters. Contact customer services a couple off time with no reply. Wouldn't recommend it sorry.

Do not be taken in by a slick video presentation. This company are complete and utter con merchants. Ordered on 17th of May, supposedly despatched but still not received on 24th of June. Have sent four emails asking for progress all of which have been totally ignored. Only ordered this because payment could be made through PayPal. Will be asking them for refund and suggesting they no longer support this company. Do NOT waste your money and time by ordering from this company. A bunch of charlatans!

Took forever to recieve my 256 gb photostick, mad totally cheep, did not work company gave me the run around and no refund unless i pa shipping to send back under 30 days of delivery. It took 28 to be delivered so either way i could not get a refund. Do not buy from this company total scam....

Ordered back in April - tracking says still in LA - have emailed them 3 times no reply. Payed $150 - not sure if PayPal give money back on no delivery? - don’t buy - this is the 2nd product from the states I haven’t received. Starting g to doubt buying overseas
