I'm sorry, I apologize Betsy. I misunderstood your original question. So, if I'm understanding correctly what your needs are, then; within the drop down options - there are: Image Information, Sort & Group, Print & Save, then Manage & Delete. In the "Sort & Group" option, we'll see a button named: "Create New Group..." (this is similar to creating a Folder). You can name this Group however you prefer. Then, you can "Select / Unselect" each photo/video you would like to add to your group. [The Checkmark box is in the lower left-hand corner of the thumbnail image.] Once all of your selections have been made, You can click the "Add Now" button. [This is located directly beside the "Create New Group..." button] The images/videos will move to that location. You can then use the "Back" button (a left pointing arrow) at the top/right of the application; to return to the main folder containing the rest of you images. I hope this helps! Good morning Eric, I see that you purchased ThePhotoStick on May 02 of 2019 (16 months ago). We are sorry that the scanning process was taking a while. Depending on the size of the files and quantity of the photos/videos/files, the copying/back-up process can be known to take several hours. The system requirements to use The PhotoStick are as follows: Windows - Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. Mac - Mac OS X Version 10.7 and later. Maybe it's possible that your particular Mac computer isn't supported? It's unfortunate that you noticed a problem on "Day 1" of receiving the product. Returning the items for a full refund would have most certainly been a possibility. But as it is now 14 months past the date of our return policy, I can see how that might be difficult.

We're very sorry that you had a difficult time using our PhotoStick backup device. This issue has been reported to our engineers, so that they can investigating further into the cause as to why new files were unable to be loaded onto the device after the first scanning/copy process was completed. We hope that your refund arrives quickly and that you have a nice remainder of the week!

I'm very sorry to hear about your delayed order HunnyBee. I'm aware that the International Shipping has had issues in the past with Covid-19, but we specifically switched to DHL over USPS to help with this issue. Perhaps if you could reply or notify me with your Order Number, we can look into this problem better from our end, or contact the Support department to arrange a replacement or refund. Your Photostick had no files when used in your PC? Hmm...the would be frustrating. Do you happen to remember if your Mac asked you to reformat the drive? That might explain the issue when used in your Personal Computer. Whatever caused the malfunction, we are very sorry to hear that the PhotoStick didn't work properly during the initial launch. Here is a list of the Operating Systems that work with the ThePhotoStick (maybe it is also possible that the OS you used weren't compatible) : Windows - Windows XP, Windows Vista, Windows 7, Windows 8, Windows 8.1, and Windows 10. Mac - Mac OS X Version 10.7 and later. It seems like Support should have been able to provide assistance though in some capacity. Especially since you provided the order # & other helpful information. Again, I'm sorry for the frustration. Perhaps try contacting the Support Chat and they can help with a replacement, if the drive was defective.

We hope that the replacement you receive works faster than the first attempt. :) Sometimes slow searches may occur because of the amount of files the device is scanning on the computer/phone. The scanning process may take time depending on the size of the files being scanned and also depending on the specs of your PC/MAC/Mobile Device. If the device suddenly becomes unresponsive while on the process of scanning, our Tech's would suggest restarting your device and do the scan process once more.

We recently switched from using USPS to DHL to help accelerate the time-frame that product orders reach our customers. Especially for international orders! But with Covid-19 still playing a factor in the world, the shipping arrival times can unfortunately vary. Regardless, we are still very sorry to hear that you haven't received your PhotoStick and apologize for the delay. Our shippers send the orders out the same or next day we receive them. After that, arrival times are at the mercy of the post office/mail carriers.
