I have a Mac and purchased the Photostick a while ago and just was able to get around to loading it. It took several hours to do so and then when I went to recheck my pictures the stick was empty. I feel like I was ripped off and of course it is now to late for a refund. This will go in the garbage bin.

Hello there Betty. Yeah, I see here that you ordered a PhotoStick 128 over 15 months ago. Back in July of 2019. Sorry to hear that your drive seemed empty. Sometimes the download process CAN indeed take several hours. It depends on the amount of files and size of those files. Maybe it's possible that the download hadn't had time to complete? It's a shame that it's well over a year since you tried it out, being that the return policy is two months.

Ordered PhotoStick 3weeks ago, checked for up date and advised it would take another 5 more weeks to get delivery. At time of confirmation delivery indicated 1week to 10 days They quick to process my payment. Why don't they hold off processing payment until product is ready for shipping? They get to uses my money for two months. That is not good business

Hey there Glyn, looks like your order was placed on Sept. 21, 2020. Your drive left our doors the next day on Sept. 22st (given to DHL for transport). According to DHL, your order arrived on Oct. 8th at 11am. 2-3 weeks is pretty common for International order, as is stated on the website. So, considering Covid-19 delays; you got yours pretty quickly :) - "Due to COVID-19 delivery times may be extended. International shipping is through DHL and local postal providers and we are experiencing longer than normal shipping to international destinations. Thank you for your patience as we work through this together. Most International packages are delivered within 2-8 weeks, however, some packages have been delayed by an additional 2-6 weeks."

Though ThePhotoStick advertised that it would automatically load all my pictures from my computer to ThePhotoStick flash drive, it did not happen automatically. Specifically, I had to separately "SEND" both my Pictures Library folders (64 folders) and my Videos Library folders (6 folders) to ThePhotoStick. Only then, were these folders copied to the Stick. Other than this issue, ThePhotoStick is a nice storage device to store your pictures.

Glad to hear that it worked well to store your images John! You are right though, it wont automatically begin to function the moment you plug it in. This is important though. Programs that run the moment you plug in a drive could often be misconstrued as being malicious. We don't want that. It's a good thing for the customers to be given the option "yes" or "no" for a program to run on their machines.

Ordered and paid for a Photostick on September 10th but have not received it yet.

Whoa Mike! That's no good my friend. DHL has been really good lately about it's delivery times. I would suggest contacting the chat support and asking about it. They should be able to look up the DHL tracking information by using your name or Order #. :) The Chat Support can be reached at: https://www.thephotostick.com/pages/support (Look for the blue chat-bubble in the lower right-hand corner.

I was running out of space on my phone to take pictures so I purchased ThePhotoStick. I was pleased with how easy it was to use. It gave me a safe place to store my pictures and freed up room on my phone to take more pictures. I would definitely recommend this product. DM

Thank you Deb! I know what you mean. Those phones fill up fast, so it's great to have a safe way to store our valuable pictures and free up some space for us to take more, haha! Glad it's working out well for you. Take care!
