I ordered The Photo Stick for the first time was skeptic at first but thought I would give it a try and I glad I did. I purchased 64GB which was more than enough for now but the experience was easy, simple and I did watch the video just so I know I was doing it right. I really love The Photo Stick and I am glad that I have my pictures and videos saved and don't have to worry and I will be ordering another very soon.

My experience was exemplary: a return of a previous order and successfully downloaded 7k photos on my Mobile PhotoStick. It does take awhile to download a photo file this large so good music 🎼 is essential! Customer service and continued communications was fantastic even as all of us navigate this health crisis. Thank you and look forward to additional ordering.

I made an expensive mistake buying this devise. Every task takes hours and hours and hours. I bought two 64 GB of them. Now I intend to put them into the rubbish bin and add the money to the lost column.

There will be a blue chat-bubble looking icon in the bottom right corner of the screen. They can help set up a reimbursement, if you would prefer that over a replacement. Take care!

I loaded the program and the progress bar never exceeded 4% after running the program twice. Each time after more than an hour the program would freeze. I was using Mac OS 10.14.5. This program has serious bugs and functions like it has not been throughly tested.

Hey Don, it's a bummer that the PhotoStick seemed to get stuck at the 4% mark. Perhaps it was trying to begin the download of a larger video file? Sometimes those take a long while to download and the window can appear as though it in frozen. I received my first photo stick and it did not work after being with technical support for 1 1/2 hours they made arrangement to send me a new photo stick. I got the new photo stick it took 8/12 hours to try to download 9,000 photos the stick stopped working at 4,000 photos on again with technical support for 1 hour the said I had to delete everything on the stick and reformatted and start over. I did this time it worked (10/12 hours) but now I can't open any of the photos. The photo stick just does not work!!!

I would be interested in taking a deeper look at the problem with that particular one, to learn if there is a programming bug that could be shared with our software engineers. I ordered three wrong photosticks 8 months ago an only recently tried to use them. I realized quickly the mistake I had made. When I contacted the company I was passed to the nicest supervisor I’ve ever dealt with. She promised to look into the matter for me. She kept me update and in what I consider a reasonable length of time I was given an almost total refund. There was a small portion of shipping that couldn’t be refunded but it was very minimal and she apologized for not being able to give me a full refund. On service alone I’d use this company.
