Good afternoon Linda. Sorry to hear that the search/copy procedure seemed to hang around 77%. I wonder if at that point of the copy process, it was simply working on a large video? The more files, and the large those files are: the longer the copy process takes. So, it's different for every customer and impossible to estimate an average time to complete the process start --> to finish. We currently only have Chat Support/Email as means to connect with customer concerns. I believe the chat support hours are posted on the support pages of the website. If you wold like to contact Customer Service again, they can help you get a replacement or a refund if you would prefer. Hope you have a good rest of the week Linda.

Hello Robert! It's a bummer the PhotoStick had a compatibility issue with the device you are using. The support website mentions this (I'll paste it quickly): Supported Android Phones: Samsung, LG, Motorola, Huawei, and HTC phones running Android OS 6.0 (Marshmallow) or newer. Phones must be OTG compatible. Do you think maybe it might be a OS version issue? I guess if the operating system can't be upgraded or the PhotoStick still isn't reading after being upgrade, there's not much that can be done. Oh wow, really? I hadn't heard about that regarding the iCloud thing. They are seriously going to start purging out old content? I guess I better double check mine and make sure I have everything saved locally then, just in case. Thanks for the heads up! And thank you for the review also, I guess this is a good example of why the PhotoStick is so useful.

Do you mean that you haven't tested a PhotoStick that you purchased? Or that you haven't purchased one: therefore don't know if it works or not? I guess I'm confused on that part of your comment. If you wouldn't like to receive emails for future offers & savings, there should be a small unsubscribe button at the bottom of the email. It's a link that will direct you an alternate website, where you may unsubscribe. Alternatively, you can block emails, as you can like normal for anyone else you wish to be on your email's built-in blacklist system.

You're welcome Elliot! We understand how frustrating it can be when it comes to delayed orders. I assure you that your drive was shipped same day or the following day in which you ordered it. Sadly, after it leaves our doors, we are all at the mercy of the mail/package delivery system. And since the Covid pandemic began, mail (in general) has been running slower as of late. But we want you to be happy, no matter the case! Hope you enjoy your drive and have a safe & happy weekend.

Hello Peter, sorry to hear that you've had some issues with compatibility. I wasn't aware that it was the practice of Support to contact customers 24 hours after initially reaching them. I would probably suggest contacting the Chat Support at https://www.thephotostick.com/pages/support . And asking for a replacement/refund. They should be able to provide an RMA and a location to view the Product Return Form.
