I have the 32 GB photo stick. I take hundreds of photos so this is awesome to load pics off my iphone. I love it.

I bought 2 photosticks. One continually froze and had to exit. It said it found 4000+ photos but they didnt get saved on the stick. This happened every time I tried to use it. The second one scanned for 3 minutes and found about 200 photos. Very frustrating experience

Oh Sue, :\ I'm really sorry to hear that you are having issues with the photos. Without seeing the PhotoStick in action or the computer, I can't imagine what might be going on. If you would like, I would suggest contacting our Chat Support. They can help you get a replacement, or a refund if you would prefer to go that route. In either case, I'm sorry that your first experience with PhotoStick went south. ThePhotoStick Mobile worked perfectly for transferring photos to grandma's dated computer from my iPhone. I typically dread sending photos but I was able to overwhelm grandma with 2 years' worth of photos straight from my phone.

Bought 128GB for use in MacBook Pro. Could not get it to work initially but did not have time to spend on chat communications. Got back to it few months later and spent 45 minutes on chat trying to get stick to recognise the file on Mac with photos but tech could never get it to communicate with the Mac files. Computer chat next day with new tech and he tells me the stick will not work on Mac Book Pro and need to purchase iPhone version. The Photo stick company proudly states on its web site soliciting your purchase the the "128GB for Mac, works on all Macs". Now I am out of the warranty period to return it (at my cost) and have been deceived into thinking it works on all Macs, when it does not, according to the Photostick Rep. Beware of being promised that it will work on your computer by Photostick when they know it will not and will not take it back when you find this out!

Hey Edward, sorry to hear that you had some issues with compatibility between the PhotoStick and the device you are using it on. There are different versions of the 128g PhotoStick, some for PCs / Macs / iPhone & iPad-type devices and another for Android-type devices. Perhaps the incorrect version was ordered. :\ It's a bummer that there wasn't time earlier to test it out.
