My order was placed on July 1 showed…
My order was placed on July 1 showed shipped out that day I paid for 2 day shipping and today is the 8 nothing. I have tried calling since the 1 all I get is voice mail full at this time tried emails no response tried face book talked to someone on messenger they said they would ship it back out on Friday the 5 . Tried all day Friday to contact them to see if my order was shipped nothing no answer by phone no response on email are face book. Now that I wasted 25.00 dollars on two day shipping that’s wasted money and I still don’t have my order are even know if I’m getting it. This is really sad when you pay for something and faster shipping and you don’t even get a answer not good business. Update finally got my parts in and some things were damaged tried to call and message no reply. So I took a chance and hooked it up had a couple of questions about the wiring but like usual couldn’t get in touch with anyone so much for tech support. The fridge is back operating normally thank god. But I am really aggravated that I wasted money on shipping and it took over a week to come in that’s wasted money to get damaged goods.

Really sorry about the mixup over the holiday weekend. We didn't get our usual freight pickups on Friday after the 4th.

The parts arrived in a timely manner…
The parts arrived in a timely manner and were easy to install. However, they did not solve my problem. The Refrigerator is still not working.

Better than 5 star servicee
I would give more if possible! All of my questions answered before the purchase. The prices were reasonable and shipping lightning fast! (And i only purchase ground shipping not expidited)

Ripoff
Shipping was fast but I had to pay shipping that wasn't good and the xfan are 15 dollar fans or less but you charge 94 dollars for it well guess what I ordered 2 more from China for a little over 8 dollars a piece and I'm not paying as much shipping as norcoldguy .charged me your taking advantage of people that need this kind of stuff

We do not know the cost of manufacturing them but I can tell you that OUR cost to sell them to you is right up there with the rest of the industry... We do not set the prices that Norcold gives distributors, we have to follow the same channel of distribution. At the same time, you did know the price before checking out, yes? I don't know what we could have done to help out further, we cannot lose money on an order which I'm sure you can understand.
