I ordered parts that would hopefully…
I ordered parts that would hopefully repair my NORCOLD fridge. After order and purchasing, I called back and spoke to a Tech, explained my problem and he explained that these parts would not fix my fridge. He explained that my fridge was “toast”. He was able to refund my purchase. Great and honest customer service. Thanks!

Great customer service!!!
We got off to a rocky start, I ordered the part but started getting the request for a review before the product arrived. In fact, it hadn't even been shipped yet. I sent an email to Erin at customer service and got an immediate response. After a quick check she resolved the issue and I had the item I purchased within a couple of days. Overall, a great experience! A big thank you to Erin!
