Part arrived on time. The box was badly beaten in transit to us but the part worked great and fixed our problem.

Easy ordering. Detailed checks on thier site to verify correct part, by serial number. Control board arrived quicker than expected and solved problem.

We ordered 2 parts, both showing in stock. One part shipped, the other didn’t. There was no communication until I reached out to support who advised the second part is back ordered. Now the two parts go to the same refrigerator, so we will not know if there is a problem with the first part until the second part arrives, by that time it will likely be beyond any return period if there is a problem

My problem with my melted in the dishwasher frig bins was handled with kindness and patience and efficiency. Well done guys!

I ordered parts that would hopefully repair my NORCOLD fridge. After order and purchasing, I called back and spoke to a Tech, explained my problem and he explained that these parts would not fix my fridge. He explained that my fridge was “toast”. He was able to refund my purchase. Great and honest customer service. Thanks!
