I don’t recommend
We ordered a control board for our camper refrigerator. N811 the board came we took to RV tech to replace and the board was defective. It did not work at all. So we then went to website left message on contact me. We called number several different times and finally got hold of some one. She said I will sent you a return label in your email. Days later had to call again. No label. Then finally we get a label but required us to pay shipping on their defective products. Then made another call now they want us to deal directly with manufacture of product. This is the way they do business. My experience has been terrible with this company. I don’t recommend using them.

Part fix just like the original one
Part fix just like the original one! Easy to do business with. SUPER FAST shipping. Fridge is fixed. Very pleased. Will do business with them again if ever needed.

Shipping in my account states my order is still awaiting shipment over a month later!!!
My order has been awaiting shipment for over a month now, I contacted them via E-mail, to request a refund. All I have received so far is a message saying I will look into it, and apparently he figures it has shipped. Ummm, not according to my account details. This was days ago, how much is involved these days with calling your shipping company? They do track the shipments!!! I will never order from these guys again!!

Wayne, I have cancelled and refunded your order. It looks like the power board got held up in customs. I am really sorry about this, we were not notified of the issue and it has not yet been returned. You will see a refund in the next few days.

Excellent Advice and Recommendations
Excellent Advice and Recommendations! My 1200 series Norcold needed a full upgrade in regards to the gas valve assembly, it was original and needed to be converted /upgraded with the modern valve and tubes. They also recommend to replace the burner too and boy I'm glad I did! It was sooooo clogged! I also got a few other things to keep in Stock for when I'm on the road. This company is GREAT and don't be afraid to ask questions, it will only help you more! Thank you Norcold Guy! I'm 600 miles from home and my fridge is running PERFECTLY! Blessings!
