Got mynparts in good time,
Got mynparts in good time, Tryed to grt tec, help for three days, could not get any one to call me back. My fridge is still not working. I made at least 10 calls with no response ! Took camper to camping with extra coolers for my food.

Did you purchase technical support? If not, that is the reason for it. We have to take care of our customers before the technicians can start reaching out to anyone for help. Difficult to get the refund.
I tried to hire the repair service from Norcoldguy to RV refrigerator. Because I express that I did not agree with one "handling fee" of $ 25 that the site impose, Brian, the Norcoldguy, said me that he will not continue the service. At that time he said that would refund me the $ 75 that had already been paid. However after three months and many emails not even answered the refund did not occur. I was almost given up when I phone the company and each ten times they answered the phone once. Finally Brian contact me by email and very rough, said that the refund was done giving me a print screen of his onw system, saying that was a proof. I ask him a real proof, from the credit card company, he said that he hasn't and made all kind of difficult. One month more sending emails and receiving poor answers finnaly he paid my refund. Ufff

After reviewing this with Brian, there was some confusion on the tech support. It was cancelled instead of refunded initially. No malice, and we're very sorry about the mixup. Technical support does not have a $25 handling fee, that fee automatically applied to the order due to where you are.

Fighting for 1.5 yrs on fridge that is…
Fighting for 1.5 yrs on fridge that is currently at 58 degrees. Norcold says it works within parameters. Horrible horrible horrible. Fridges should be used by scientist to grow fungus, and food borne diseases

Would order from them again. Had a great exploded view with clear labeling so I could pick out the correct part. Sent promptly and in good order.

Order a part but still haven't got it
Order a part but still haven't got it. Cant get in touch with the place and im very upset. If I loose this job over this I will sue......
