Still did not receive product, placed on may 28
I placed an order on May 28th. Ground shipping website says 3-5 days. June 14th. Still no product, No updates, or no tracking information. I called a few times just to get voicemail of after hours. But no clear hours of when to call. Please help, would be happy to change review if I receive a working product soon! Thank you for the reply, and some tracking information. That tracking information was started today after getting ahold of someone on the phone. But when I placed my order on may 28th, I got a notification my order shipped back in may. After speaking to someone on the phone I was told it was on back order but I should get it Tuesday.
