Shipping wasn’t efficient and I had no choice but to select shipping that was more than the item cost. Three items came in three separate boxes for one order and at different times. Other than that - all good!

The shipping worked well. However, I ordered the wrong part based on confusion with the description. I have emailed two times for exchange instructions with no return. I called the number on the website twice and the mailbox is full. Not satisfied

Haven't received parts yet. Guess I'll review later.

What I did like..... The ease of ordering and I received the parts quickly. What I did not like is I ordered the wrong part. What I really do not like! I have made multiple calls and asked for a call back for assistance in ordering the correct part.

Web site said part was in stock when it is not

The part I ordered for my repair on refrigerator was not what I needed. The repairman that was helping me with my problem was supposed to get the return process started and have not received email on how to return the parts I ordered.
