My elderly pug was doing poorly on a well known, good food. I wanted her healthier and am so happy with Farmer's Dog. The customer service is phenomenal, they work with you and genuinely are interested in my pug and her health.

Your customer service is an ABSOLUTE NIGHTMARE! I visited your website to place my trial order and because I had visited a couple times before my dog showed up twice in my account. Your customer service representative's only solution was to change my phone number and email address and delete the cookies from my browser. I was able to place the order but this morning another one of your customer service folks cancelled my order. I'm glad I learned how disorganized your company is before transitioning my dog to a new food. I've read numerous reviews about food arriving late and hot. Very disappointing.

I am so glad I switched Bella’s food to The Farmer’s Dog! She loves how it tastes, and I love that she is eating food that is high quality and nutritious!

READ BEFORE BUYING. THE FARMER'S DOG GAVE MY DOG SALMONELLA. Our dog was diagnosed with salmonella after being on The Farmer's Dog - it was a nightmare that consisted of thousands of dollars in vet bills, a dog that was incredibly sick for a while, and a company that claimed zero responsibility even after providing a lab report, and a letter from our veterinarian stating that The Farmer's Dog was responsible for the illness. This isn't the first I've heard of The Farmer's Dog causing salmonella since our dog was diagnosed, I've read and spoken with other customers that have gone through something similar to what we have gone through. It was a painful situation that could have been avoided if we had just done what we have always done - stick to normal dog food. I sincerely recommend you stay away from this company - you will have a sick dog and a company that takes no responsibility. THE FARMER'S DOG GAVE MY DOG SALMONELLA.

Four good meat options; chicken, beef, turkey, and pork. My dog has a very fragile stomach in his older age and he took to Farmers Dog within 48 hours his poops were regular again. He absolutely loves his chicken and beef!

Chicken and beef for the win! Thanks so much for sharing, Ada 😊

My dog took a couple bites & wouldn’t eat the rest. When thawed it was mushy & had a gray appearance, really an unappetizing look, even to me. I canceled my subscription

We heard about The Farmer's Dog and decided to switch our dog of 8 years to their Chicken Recipe. It has been a great decision. We had been making our dog's fresh food for years and it was very time consuming. We love that The Farmer's Dog recipes are highly nutritious, easy to thaw & serve, and our dog loves it. Also, one of the dog rescues we've been working with received a very generous donation of The Farmer's Dog fresh food. Most of the dogs at the rescue eat this and do very well. This is good stuff! Home-cooking can be quite the undertaking and we hope that you've been able to gain some valuable time back in your day (maybe some extra time to spend with your dog!). Regardless, we're happy to have taken the cooking off your hands and are thrilled your dog is enjoying our fresh recipes. Thank you so much for the support!
