My dog Ela loves her food from Farmers Dog, tried various but this is by far the best. It is easy to store and use, up to 20 chubs fit into a small freezer with drawers, per drawer. Easy to open and feed and smells lovely and fresh, just the right balance of meat,offal, bones and veg too. Costumer service is great, reply quickly and deal with any issues and questions straight away and advise is always at hand. It is so well packed that even after 48 hours all arrives in frozen conditions. Very impressed. Thank you

I love Farmer's Dog...not only do my dogs love the food but the folks at The Farmer's Dog go above and beyond to assist when traveling or if you are running short of food. I needed extra food shipped to Virginia and they managed to assist with no issues whatsoever! The kind people keep you informed of deliveries and are responsive! My fluffies and I feel cared for!

Farmers dog is an amazing company providing the best food for my fluffy best friend and their customer service is second to none. I just dealt with a gentleman named Gavin that was very professional and gave me great customer service. Couldn’t recommend this company enough!

This company is really good....would be great if they wouldn't use FedEx to ship their product. My dogs like their meals except for the turkey...and FD allows me to opt out of turkey. When FedEx refuses to deliver my FD based on where I live, FD emailed me and told me not to feed after so many days due to spoilage. I thought that was very responsible. Don't get a lot of companies like this.

This company easily deserves 5/5 stars. The food quality and health benefits as opposed to kibble are so worth it. But what really makes this company an entirely warm and inviting experience is their customer care. They honestly and genuinely care about their customers. I've had a couple people assist me online, and they all did great. Jess was the most recent, and she was kind, diligent, and as helpful as she could've possibly been. If I were able to schedule my deliveries for weekends, this company would easily deserve 6/5 stars. We'll done, and thank you.

This company is outstanding both in food quality and in customer service. Our Borgi (beagle corgi mix) who could barely eat anything was saved by The Farmers Dog food. When dealing with severe allergies, and him not keeping food down, this was the last straw in a line of dozens of food products we tried. Our "young" pup is almost 7 now, and after several years eating TFD, he has no stomach issues anymore, has no cavities, is healthy with a super sleek coat...and still zoomies around the house like a nut. Also not to forget to mention their customer service - every time I've talked with them (3-4 times at least) they've quickly resolved my issues without complaint and with great intent. Specifically talked with Jenna today who was professional, friendly, fast, showed love to my puppy and solved my problem in less than a minute! Give her a raise and also thank you TFD for hiring the perfect people for the job.

I wish I had started Beck on The Farmer’s Dog sooner. He was just four months shy of 16 when we started the food in early August, and the difference was almost immediate. We originally switched him to help with joint health and inflammation because his back legs had become weak. What happened next was incredible. Beck started walking around the house again, trying to steal toilet paper, meeting us at the door, and even wanting to go on walks. We were seeing the old Beck we hadn’t seen in six months. His energy was back, and with it, his spirit. He was literally sprinting to his food bowls again! Anyone who came over noticed the difference and commented that he should be in The Farmer’s Dog commercials. 🥹🤍 Sadly, despite all these incredible improvements, Beck had an underlying heart condition and passed away two weeks ago. I received a shipment of his new food the very day he passed, which broke my heart. When I contacted The Farmer’s Dog, they were incredibly compassionate. They offered to let me donate the food, provided a refund, and even sent a heartfelt card. That level of kindness means more than they could ever know during such a difficult time. The food truly made a difference in Beck’s quality of life, and I will always be grateful for the extra energy, joy, and glimpses of our old boy that it gave us. Thank you, The Farmer’s Dog, for helping give Beck his life back, even if only for a little while. You have an incredible product and an equally incredible team. ❤️🐾

I am so incredibly pleased with my Farmer's Dog experience! My new pup, Ginger, devours it! I love that it is fresh, that it doesn't contain any "meal" fillers, and that the ingredients are human grade. I appreciate how easy the feeding instructions were, and I love the quality of the air-tight container they provided for keeping her packets in. One of the best things about feeding The Farmer's Dog to Ginger? Her poops are SO easy to pick up (firm), and there is hardly any odor!!! It's amazing. Another thing: The Farmer's Dog support team is like none other. Their quick and friendly replies to my inquiries (via text and email) have made me feel like I'm their favorite customer! Seriously. I am one happy pup mom.... Thanks, Farmer's Dog❣️🐾❣️
