Great quality product but fitted sheets aren’t deep enough.
Great quality product. However, the depth of the sheets really don’t fit 18”. Have to exchange for the deeper fitted sheet.

I wanted both the flat sheet and the…
I wanted both the flat sheet and the fitted sheet to be the same size, as I wanted to put them on the same bed. However, my first several choices weren't both available in queen size. I tried to filter by "queen," but if any color in either sheet was available in queen, the product was included by the search engine. Each time I selected a color that was sold out in queen size, the size automatically defaulted to twin. I finally found a set, but it seems that when I finally placed the order, I forgot to reset the fitted sheet back to "queen." There was no way to lock the size selected while browsing. This I ordered a twin fitted sheet even though the queen was available. I noticed before opening it, and tried to exchange it. However there actually is no exchange process, and I'm told to return it, from which a shipping fee will be deducted, and place another order, on which a shipping fee will be applied. If your goal was to remind me "buyer beware, the web site's behavior may mislead you," then you were successful!

I have ordered items from this store…
I have ordered items from this store over the last few years. They have a great in stock selections and very kind customer service. My first grief is that my past ordersin which I have placed over the years do not reflect in my account to receive rewards. My second grief is the worst. And I would not have left a poor review if this was not a pattern with this company .. at least with me. I order items, get a delivery date only to never receive items .. ever. When I call or check status, it always says it is awaiting fulfillment. My latest order was IN STOCK at the beginning of November with a delivery date of November 13. Today is December 4, 2025, and it still has not moved. I called and was advised that they do not know why it has not moved and now 98% of the items are out of stock. I advised to cancel order and I would never order again BECAUSE this happens every time. So .. beware when you order. You may get it or not.

We are very sorry to hear about the ongoing issues you’ve experienced with past orders not appearing in your account for rewards and, more importantly, with multiple orders showing as in stock but never moving forward in fulfillment. This is not the experience we want for any customer, and we understand how frustrating and disappointing this pattern has been for you. In order for us to look into this further and better understand what happened with your most recent experience, we will be reaching out to request additional information so that we can review the details and assist you further.
