I paid for two pillows that were supposed to be firm. They were not, so I sent them back expecting to receive what I paid less $4.50 according to their website for a restocking fee. The Company Store send me a check for way less than expected. I had no idea when I returned the items using the company store return system it was going to be an overnight shipping charge to me. Make sure that you read very carefully their web site shipping charges!! As of 17 Dec, The Company Store refunded the shipping cost that I unknowingly paid, so I’m grateful for that. Thank you!

Sheets are thick and warm. Color is exactly like the photos! Delivery was as promised. Couldn’t be happier.

I purchased duvet covers on 11/6. I triple checked the measurements of my comforters before ordering. At the time of shipping , the company put both a hold for the total amount of my order and charged me for the full price of the product. I gave it a few days, the product arrived at my house. I called in about the double charge. They told me in two weeks the hold will be removed. And exactly two weeks after shipping, the hold was removed. This is an unusual practice and annoying to be double charged for pricey items even if it is “just a hold”. Lo and behold their twin/twin xl and king/California king comforters are WAY over sized for ordinary twin and king sized comforters. Additionally the flannel was extreme thin and slippery. Very different from the thick flannel we got at a big box store in the past. I thought surely company store would be an upgrade. It absolutely was not. Due to quality I attempted to return. Online return system only gave me errors. I have to call in and the representative says their online system is being upgraded and they have to handle returns over the phone. They say I sent my stuff back and there’s a per item restocking charge and a refund in two weeks. Ok I return my items. I follow the tracking. They are marked as received 11/18. 12/03, I still have not received a refund. I attempted to check my order status in their online system and it gives me an option to initiate a return! I am concerned and I call in again. They tell me the item is being received and i should receive a refund within 2-3 days. Today is 12-8 and I still not have received a refund. Good grief. I bought some nice bath items cloths from this company I the past but I am very unimpressed with the quality of their bed items. And customer experience is a train wreck. I’m an inch away from submitting a credit card dispute do i really have to call on these items again?

First off this is in fact a lightweight real down. Very well made. Washed and dried great. Exactly what I was looking for and your company made it affordable. Bought one for myself and one for my mom for Christmas. I love mine and she will too. Thank you sooooo much. I will be a return customer in the very near future. Great product, company, shipping. I highly recommend.
