I contacted the designer of a rug I purchased that after 6 weeks or so had simply begun to all apart. The designer told me that Lush is the manufacturer and asked Lush to contact me. I never heard from Lush. Sadly, the loser here is the designer. I will never buy her products again and I hope she has better sense in selecting a manufacturer to produce her goods. The design of the rug was fantastic, we all loved it in this household, but the construction was cheap.

This place has gone down hill. I am a long time customer and the past few months customer service has completely declined. I have emailed multiple times and get a generic response. I used to say how great the service was. I will be shopping elsewhere now.

Purchased Diamond Stripe Cotton Reversible Quilt with shams and my bed looks exactly like picture on package -- BEAUTIFUL. Delighted with purchase on 09/27/2025. Helen

Package is missing - contacted Lush, said they would look into it and have not heard back. Tracking number provided only tracks US side to customs - not other tracking information has been provided. Where is my package!

Bedspread set very poor quality. Too thin, black color very washed out. Not a very nice bed set. Had to pay $32 dollars to return. Never order again.

I looked at all my local stores and couldn't find valances for my kitchen. Found Lush Decor Cynthia Jacobean Floral Print. Got them in 1 day and they are beautiful! I will definitely order more from Lush in the future.
