The process of ordering was very easy and the product matched the description including the photo. What we did not expect was the quality and comfort - topnotch ! Both the sheets and the duvet cover were exactly what was promised (deep pockets were important) and we love our purchase. Be sure when washing for the first 2 x's that you do not put them in the dryer on high - go low and you may have to dry longer than anticipated, which is no big deal for us. We've washed 3 x's now and we use Medium High on the dryer setting without any incident or shrinkage.
