I researched the best mattress toppers…
I researched the best mattress toppers and bought one here. It is just a top and does not fit like a bottom sheet, it just lays there. Night one, super soft and comfortable. Night two…padding shifted to a HUGE lump between my husband and I. We are average sized people. I wrote them and was told to shift the pad and shake it to fluff it up. I did that and it didn’t help. That’s totally unrealistic. Very disappointing and I don’t recommend this pad.

Color Doesn't Match
I purchased a bed set back in April that I absolutely love. So much so that I bought a second set recently. However I am saddened to say that despite being labelled the same color, "olive green", they are most definitely not the same. I understand that batches can vary but the flat sheet I received in my recent order is much more of a sage green than olive toned. Especially next to my true olive green set I previously bought! While I love my sheets, I have to say you apparently need to buy duplicate sets at the same time if you want them to match.

Unfortunately had to send all sheets back
Unfortunately, your company did not have a duvet cover that met my needs. I needed a regular twin and not an xl twin. Queen fitted sheets were sent in instead of twins. Of all the packages I did open there were what appeared to be grease marks on the items. I was very disappointed and had to send all the sheets back. On a positive note, the sheets were perfect in regards to texture… very soft and luxurious.

Sheets
The process of ordering and delivery was great. But the sheets, not so much. Incredibly thin. Deep pockets? More like big and very sloppy. I am keeping the sheets because it's my fault. I ordered from a vendor I knew nothing about.

Product was in stock when I ordered it
Product was in stock when I ordered it, but 9 days later they sent an email to me stating it was not available and order was cancelled. It reminded me of the old "bait and switch" sale items. When I emailed them about this, customer service did not address my concerns, only said I had not been charged. Not a company I would want to buy from.

I shipped back the item that was not…
I shipped back the item that was not acceptable to use as a housecoat. I thought there was something wrong with the amount refunded, so I checked the original order. Here I thought they were actually concerned about customers/me not being happy with the quality. BUT - they did not reimburse me for the original freight charge of the unacceptable quality item - housecoat. I guess they feel it is acceptable to charge people 8.99 for freight and ship BAD GOODS but then charge them the 8.99 original shipping charge when issuing a refund for "taking a chance" they have and ship quality items. Disappointed all around.
