Haven’t opened the sheets yet, but they look right. I’m not sure I got all the discounts offered; some 30% some 40% plus I was a previous customer so it was mildly confusing.
Response from The Company StoreFeb 18, 2026
Hi. Thank you for your feedback, and we apologize for any confusion regarding the discounts on your order. Your purchase was placed during our Semi Annual Sale, and the prices shown on the website were already marked to reflect the promotion, so no additional promo code was necessary, and you did receive the best available pricing at the time. Please note that our promotions are not stackable, and only one promotion may be applied per order, and we truly appreciate your purchase and hope you enjoy your sheets once you open them. If you need any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-800-323-8000, or you may email us at [email protected]. Please note, we recommend contacting us via phone for immediate assistance. Your satisfaction is important to us.

The mid weight comforter is well constructed but it hasn't fluffed up very much since I unpacked it. ??
Response from The Company StoreFeb 11, 2026
Hi. Thank you for sharing your experience with us. We’re glad to hear that your mid-weight comforter is well constructed, and we understand your concern about it not fluffing up as much as expected after unpacking. To help restore its loft, we recommend placing the comforter in a large-capacity dryer on a low heat or air-only setting for 20–30 minutes, adding a few clean tennis balls or dryer balls to help redistribute the fill and encourage fluffing. You may need to repeat this process once or twice, allowing the comforter to fully expand between cycles. Gently shaking and airing it out flat for a day or two can also help it reach its full loft. If you need any additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us at 1-800-323-8000, or you may email us at [email protected]. Please note, we recommend contacting us via phone for immediate assistance. Your satisfaction is important to us.

The colors and quality offered by The Company Store are excellent. I ordered 2 down alternative blankets in Thyme and Smoke Blue. Well sized and warm, we are very happy with these lovely blankets. They are lightweight and were reasonably priced. These blankets will be keeping us warm for years to come.
