Hello! We are very sorry to hear that the subscription terms were not clear to you. On the initial checkout screen, we provide a detailed and transparent explanation of the subscription terms, including the amount of the subsequent payment. Information about the subscription is also available in our Terms of Service and within the app itself (Profile → Account Settings). From there, you could cancel your subscription at any time, either before or after a renewal charge. Additionally, the subscription could have been canceled simply by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Unfortunately, we have not received any cancellation requests from you. We also asked you to provide identification details through Trustpilot, but we did not receive a response. Therefore, we kindly ask that you contact us at [email protected] so that we can identify your account, cancel your subscription if needed, and work with you to resolve the situation.
