They also offer instructions on various techniques to support what and individual needs and wants may be. They provide information about what some may consider taboo without judgment, always reinforcing that both parties should be comfortable with their experiences. The exercises they recommend to strengthen the pelvic floor have been helpful. As I enter a new chapter in my life, I especially appreciate the much needed confidence I’ve developed after viewing their various modules.

Excellent training program I only wish I found it sooner. The science behind training specific pelvic floor muscles was impressive but not overrepresented. The pacing and time commitment has made it easy to become a habit. Most of all, I’ve been impressed with the results - I have seen improvements in ALL areas I have trained. Bravo!
