Hello! Indeed, deleting the app data is not the same as canceling your subscription. You could have always canceled it in the app under Profile → Account Settings. Since this wasn’t done, your subscription was extended according to the terms you accepted. Regarding your support request, it’s very surprising to hear that our team wasn’t able to offer a suitable solution. If the issue remains unresolved, please email us again and attach a screenshot of this review — we’ll make sure it’s fully resolved in your favor! UPD. We take every review very seriously, and as we already mentioned, you deleted your data (account), but that does not cancel your subscription — we even state this clearly in the notification you see when deleting your data. Unfortunately, continuing the conversation through review updates won’t lead to any resolution, so we kindly ask you once again to contact our support team directly so we can help you resolve this issue.
