¡Hola!

Thank you for reaching out, and we're sorry for the frustration this caused. We want to confirm that the issue has been fully resolved: our support team has replied to you by email, your subscription has been cancelled, and a full refund has been issued. In our reply from [email protected], we also shared the exact date the subscription was started from your account and confirmed that the app was accessed after purchase. We hope this helps clarify how the subscription came about. We completely understand how alarming an unexpected charge can be, and we take every concern like this seriously. At the same time, it's disappointing to see public accusations of fraud and theft, especially after the matter has already been resolved. We operate transparently and are always ready to help with any billing question. If anything is still unclear, please reply to our email and we'll be glad to assist.

Hello Bob! Thank you so much for your feedback, but if all you're seeing in our app is a Kegel timer, then you haven't explored even a small part of what it offers. Our app actually features 6 full, comprehensive programs that cover a wide range of topics related to sexual wellness — from addressing PE to communicating with your partner. These are science-backed programs with a clear, convenient schedule, developed with input from leading experts in their respective fields. We genuinely encourage you to give it another try, so you don't miss out on everything our app offers beyond Kegel exercises. And if you ever need help, just email [email protected] — we'll be happy to assist and walk you through everything!

Hi Eddie, First of all, we want to say we're sorry that you never provided the identification information we requested. We genuinely want to resolve this issue, so please email [email protected] whenever you have time. As for the charges, they wouldn't be technically possible if your subscription was actually canceled. In the situation you're describing, there were most likely two subscriptions in place: one through the App Store and one through our website. You probably canceled one of them and forgot about the other. Just a reminder that subscriptions made through our website can be managed directly in the app (Profile — Account Settings), or by simply sending a support request from the app or by email. We look forward to hearing from you so we can get this resolved. Thank you!

Hello! We’re very sorry to hear that you were disappointed with the app’s content. We’d genuinely appreciate any additional feedback you could share, as it helps us improve both our programs and the app overall. If you’re willing, please email us at [email protected]. Regarding the subscription, we understand that the renewal charge was your main concern. As our support team explained, the subscription terms, including the renewal price, were clearly displayed before the purchase was completed. You could also cancel or manage your subscription at any time in the app by going to Profile → Account Settings. We can also confirm that your refund has already been processed. We’re glad we were able to resolve the issue quickly, and we hope this demonstrates our commitment to helping our customers. If you feel your experience with our support deserves it, we would be grateful if you would consider updating your review.

Hello! We are very sorry to hear that the subscription terms were not clear to you. On the initial checkout screen, we provide a detailed and transparent explanation of the subscription terms, including the amount of the subsequent payment. Information about the subscription is also available in our Terms of Service and within the app itself (Profile → Account Settings). From there, you could cancel your subscription at any time, either before or after a renewal charge. Additionally, the subscription could have been canceled simply by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Unfortunately, we have not received any cancellation requests from you. We also asked you to provide identification details through Trustpilot, but we did not receive a response. Therefore, we kindly ask that you contact us at [email protected] so that we can identify your account, cancel your subscription if needed, and work with you to resolve the situation.

Hello Kevin, Thank you for your feedback. Since your review touches on several different aspects of the app experience, we’d like to address each point separately. 1. We’ve already forwarded the issue with the download link to our development team. They’ll investigate it carefully and take appropriate action if any technical problems are found on our side. We truly appreciate you bringing this to our attention. At the same time, our support team has already emailed you updated access instructions. At this point, you simply need to download the app directly from the App Store and log in using your email address. 2. We never advertise the subscription as a one-time purchase. The subscription terms, including renewal pricing, are clearly displayed on the checkout page before payment is completed. Of course, you can cancel your subscription at any time either directly in the app or by contacting our support team. The email you received from us was sent automatically. 3. Our support team has already responded to your request by providing download instructions, canceling your subscription, and offering compensation for the inconvenience caused by the broken link. We sincerely hope you’ll still give our app a chance. Wishing you a wonderful day!
