This program was not for this 67 year old woman, but I'm sure it can help younger people of all genders learn to explore and get comfortable with personal sexuality.

Supplements seem to pair well with exercises. The only drawback is that one needs to take four a day. Granted, I’m not sure if it needs to be cross the day or all at once. Beyond that, seems to work well. I like it.

Its still early but I think the Coach plan with the Kegel exercises are good for me

I am 11 days into the program and I can definitely notice the difference already. While playing with my partner I have incorporated the techniques and I am lasting longer. I’m looking forward to completing the rest of the course and becoming the beast I want to be in bed. Recommend this app.

I like how informative each lesson is, and making it very practical when it comes to certain techniques. I also like how the Coach app covers different areas that support intimacy.

This is a great platform. I like how it flows and look forward to each session. The exchange and interaction keeps it alive and interesting. This offers great knowledged based information. Well worth the money.
