In our reply from [email protected], we also shared the exact date the subscription was started from your account and confirmed that the app was accessed after purchase. At the same time, it's disappointing to see public accusations of fraud and theft, especially after the matter has already been resolved. Helpful information for entering a new chapter in my life.
The Coach provides information backed by quantitative and quantitative research without being dry. They also offer instructions on various techniques to support what and individual needs and wants may be. They provide information about what some may consider taboo without judgment, always reinforcing that both parties should be comfortable with their experiences. The exercises they recommend to strengthen the pelvic floor have been helpful. As I enter a new chapter in my life, I especially appreciate the much needed confidence I’ve developed after viewing their various modules.

Not worth the cost
The helpful feature of this app is a basic timer for kegel exercises. Othjer than that it doesn't have much to offer. The app is expensive and auto renews at twice the rate of the original charge. Your better off using a free timer online.

Excellent training program I only wish I had found sooner!
Excellent training program I only wish I found it sooner. The science behind training specific pelvic floor muscles was impressive but not overrepresented. The pacing and time commitment has made it easy to become a habit. Most of all, I’ve been impressed with the results - I have seen improvements in ALL areas I have trained. Bravo!

The free month supply arrived quickly…
The free month supply arrived quickly and I was very skeptical about the difference it could make but I was wrong, after just a couple weeks I can definitely tell a difference in myself. I will be reordering this product along with another on this Friday. Thank You Coach Team! Well Done! David

The daily lessons are useful
The daily lessons are useful However I find that doing kegels every day is too much. Kegel exercises - 3 times per week is adequate.

Yearly recurring charges without a subscription
I had a subscription on Apple and canceled years ago. And every year they are trying to charge my credit card 500. I’ve already had to get a refund last year and now they’re trying again today.

Hi Eddie, First of all, we want to say we're sorry that you never provided the identification information we requested. We genuinely want to resolve this issue, so please email [email protected] whenever you have time. As for the charges, they wouldn't be technically possible if your subscription was actually canceled. In the situation you're describing, there were most likely two subscriptions in place: one through the App Store and one through our website. You probably canceled one of them and forgot about the other. Just a reminder that subscriptions made through our website can be managed directly in the app (Profile — Account Settings), or by simply sending a support request from the app or by email.
