I love having multiple communication options for sessions - this makes so much sense in the digital and remote healthcare age. I get timely alerts through my preferred contact regarding messages from my therapist as well as appointment reminders.

Talkspace has the worst customer service system. I've attempted to chat with someone and it puts me in non-stop loops and provides articles that are not helpful.

Since I first signed up, I can’t get the vocal part to work. The App is very difficult to work. I try logging in and it takes me to sch another appointment. You never know if you are logged in and everything is working. Very frustrating, I almost want to quit my sessions

Great experience with the provider, but the software workflow interferes with the experience. After you schedule an appointment you have to go back into the app and confirm it. If you’re busy and you forget, you don’t have an appointment. Beyond that, the session occassionally fails to load and the app tries to charge you for a “chat session” while you trouble shoot with the provider or try to reschedule. It’s so much easier to just schedule with a provider. You make a phone call and it’s done - no multi-step process.
