Horrible experience! First visit they couldn’t get the link to work and the provider wanted to cancel to get the whole hour in. Scheduled for the next day. Next I met with a provider that was supposedly verified with my insurance. She was very nice we spent an hour reviewing med history and treatment history. We review traumatic experiences (reliving them is very stressful) we made a plan and a follow up appointment. Then the canceled my appointment the next week stating she is not in my insurance (Which they supposedly checked beforehand) and they will connect me with a new provider. I JUST SPENT AN HOUR WITH MY NEW PROVIDER SPILLING MY GUTS AND THE MOST INTIMATE DETAILS OF MY LIFE WITH AND NOW YOUR TELLING ME BECAUSE THEY DIDNT PROPERLY CHECK I HAVE TO DO IT AGAIN! I spoke with someone from another country whom basically told me everything that was already stated in the email. There is no supervisor to speak with and maybe someone can get back to me in 24-48 hours. Oh yeah and to add insult they tried to charge me for the no show visit that they had to reschedule because tech support couldn’t get the link to work. ZERO communication, Im more mentally unstable now from using this service!

My psychiatrist is far and above any mental health provider that I have experienced. I even recommended Talkiatry to my husband, and he also highly recommends it. My psychiatrist has a genuine concern for my health, not only mentally, but also physically. I wouldn’t trade her for the world.

I made an appointment with a specific therapist whom I chose, but was then switched on my appointment day to a different gender which I am not comfortable with. Horrible experience. I then called to resolve the issue and was told it would take ten days.

Dr. Seth Sherman is an empathetic listener and gives excellent advice.

They charged me over $700 for one session. My insurance covered $300. They add on extra charges such as a charge for using "Psychiatry." And then they wouldn't diagnose me and told me I should see someone in person.

I like it because I don't have to leave my house. And my Dr is the best ( and I don't say that lightly).

Session was fine. One our intake, she billed for both an assessment and therapy and charged me 700 bucks for one session. My insurance paid 300. I guess I can’t afford help for mental health. The doc seemed nice and the service was easy though. So if you are willing to spend 700 bucks per hour on mental health. This is a good option. But for common people maybe a more budget friendly option.
