The best way to get a detailed estimate of your cost is to contact your insurance company directly, since your cost will depend on the details of your coverage. For some, it’s just a copay. If you have an unmet deductible, it could be more. Call the number on your insurance card and ask about your plan’s coverage for outpatient psychiatric services.

Doctor prescribed me high dosages of medications but refuses to respond to my emails or requests for refills. I am very unstable coming off cold turkey. For $375 a 10 min video call I am having a hard time believing these people care about anything besides your insurance information and money. Do yourself a favor if you truly need help and find a buisness, not a cooperation. "Doctor" lourdes chahin for reference.

If I could give this company 0 stars, that wouldn’t even do it justice. It needs negative stars. Terrible customer service. They still charge you even if you cancel without ever speaking to a therapist. When you try to call and talk to someone, you end up speaking with someone from India, who is just reading from a script. RUN AS FAST AS YOU CAN FROM THIS TERRIBLE COMPANY

If I could give 0 stars I would. They had me believe the appointment would be $60. I then got a bill for $365. The doctor pretty much said they couldn't even help me after talking to me for almost an hour. It's a crap company and a damn scam. Do not use these people.

Horrible! It’s unfortunate I can’t give ZERO stars. My psychiatrist Dr. Kudurogianis is wonderful, but the rest of the experience was horrendous.

Couldn't help me because I have too many problems. I witnessed my parent die and just need a psychiatrist to talk to about my mental state. What a waste of time.

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!!!! You will pay for services you do not receive. Dr. Joyln Ferrell was rude, and used a code to bill for a 4 minute meeting during which she said "go see someone else." During the first apt, she prescribed a medicine but not a therapeutic dose-per my new Dr. I've gone round and round with their staff. At one point I received an email that they removed the charge, but they did not. Sadly I cannot find the email-I do not understand as I did not delete it. I needed immediate help. This was the only company that could get me in immediately, so I set it up. It has cost me so much time and money and caused so much anxiety and other negative mental conditions. I didn't have the option of reading the reviews. I hope you do. Please note, the apt was on 3/6, but it is 8/22 and I'm still exchanging emails with teh billing dept.
