Trained in a day…
The collar forks extremely well for our gal. She’s a medium size farm-ish dog with zero leash skills who lives in a heavily wooded area. She immediately responded, not to the tone function but proceeded into vibration zone of her fence. That was it. Trained! She trained herself. She never needed the static correction at all. She has never breached any of the fence line This was our experience and I can’t say it will be everyone’s, but we’re highly satisfied! For those dogs who have learned leash skills with their people, would expect similar results.

Spot-on is a great collar
This collar lets our dog roam over our 3 acres. My collar is over 2 years old and still works great.

Thank you for your feedback. The collar weighs about half a pound and is recommended for dogs with a neck circumference of 10 inches or greater and a minimum weight of 15 pounds. This collar is very quirky
This collar is very quirky. Frequently says that it has bad cell coverage and can’t issue the command, yet my coverage on my phone is good. If I have the dog in the car with me and I drive out of the driveway then remember that I haven’t turned off the fence I have to sit at the end of the driveway forever to get the collar to accept the command to turn off the fence. Frustrating

This SpotOn Collar works great
This SpotOn Collar works great. I have a Border Aussie that stays outside ALL day and comes in the house at night. This product gives me piece of mind when I'm away from home everyday. We have 5 acres and NO fences and Roscoe stays on "our" property. Great product! Great customer service!!!!

SpotOn collars have a built-in forest mode that allows the unit to filter out unwanted noise from dense tree coverage to keep an accurate and consistent fence line.
