Questionable efficiency, and frequent buggy updates.
Pros: You don't have to install an expensive wire around your property, AND the collar doesn't activate when the animal returns. Cons: Crazy expensive, poor customer service, questionable technology, no rollbacks on firmware updates, collar falls off easily. When I contacted them about new issues since a firmware update, they told me that the collar was faulty before (when I had no issues), and that it's functional now(?). I requested a firmware rollback, and they said "no". Whenever they respond with an unhelpful bit of advice, they say "let us know if there's anything else we can help you with!". They also get a bit of attitude if you dare criticize their product. Disappointing for such a HIGH priced device. As well, there are "gaps" in the fence, my dog has learned to use the warning on the collar to move around the perimeter, until he finds a gap and slips through. It's not a 100% reliable system.
