We have had the Omni edition for almost…

UPDATE: Beyond Impressed with the level of customer service! Coda has taken the time to understand our frustrations and offer real, valid solutions to the problem! I have renewed faith and look forward to continuing to use Spot On to keep my pups safe and at home! We have had the Omni edition for almost 3 years and it has been nothing but a waste of time and money from day one. Considering we paid about $1300.00 for it, we kept trying and trying to make it work rather than just be out that money. This company does not care that you are out $1300.00 after almost 3 years. We have had charging issues, parts coming loose in the collar causing it not to work properly; malfunctions with the charging port itself; All in all I believe we have had to replace this collar about 3 times in the course of almost 3 years. Now the company just recommends taking it to the local recycling to dispose of it. Extremely disappointed in such an expensive product that never worked the way it should have from the very beginning. I would absolutely never recommend Spot On nor will I ever purchase any of their products again.
