It's sucks, walking in there is like getting a gun pointed at you and forced to give all your money to them. The prices are outrageous and I couldn't believe my eyes. I couldn't get a costume because of the prices. It's cheaper on Amazon, that's guaranteed.

They have great costumes, customer service in stores is ok, but trying to get help on orders placed sucks! They say to hold for next available rep and at the end of the recroding it hangs up. I tried every option and you guessed it, at the end hung up. my email that says order shipped, i go onto shipping info and it says there is no information at this time! I just want to know DID IT SHIP? WHEN WILL I RECEIVE IT? i need to make sure someone can get it as soon as it's delivered cuz they leave it at my door in a Spirit of Halloween bag whick I know will be stolen as soon as they leave it. their website help section needs to be renamed THE NO HELP SECTION!!!! their customer service sucks. ** Edit ** I did email the customerservice as requested by reply to this review and surprise no reply. Again work on your customer service. Also, they cancelled my order before my review without letting me know, mentioned that in the email and did receive a "cancellation" notice a week later sataing "customer cancelled" not true.

Edit 10/28 - I did reach out to that email it's been 24 hours and no response. Again horrible customer service. I'm done with this company. I also found out after contacting FedEx they shipped my package economy which is not what I paid for which makes sense why my order kept being delayed. Horrible, horrible experience. 10/26 This company needs major improvement in regards to customer service and shipping handling. Let me preface this by saying last week I sprained my back and was put on bed rest that is the only reason I did not go in person to purchase and was forced to order online for my kids. I chose the shipping for it to arrive Tuesday 10/24 but when I received the tracking it wasn't working so I called this Monday to get and update because the order was supposed to arrive Tuesday... she said I had the wrong tracking and showed it would be delivered Thursday now. Which is not what I paid for. I checked tracking today and shows now it won't arrive until tomorrow. Twice the shipping has changed how am I supposed to trust my package will arrive at all now???? I've ordered many times online things that weren't needed on a timely manner and got here sooner then expected I've never had an issue with a package arriving late much less the delivery date changing multiple times. The customer rep could only say well you'll have to wait for it. That was there solution just wait ... for something that's needed today. I requested for them to have the packaged returned to their warehouse and refund me and she denied it ... then after going back and forth said she contacted customer service of FedEx which I've done plenty of calls to them I've never gotten through to them as fast as she claimed to have to spoken to them. In all they did absolutely nothing to correct their mistake they said its out of their hands. As a company it's not out of your hands until your paying customer has the product they paid for in their hands. I will never ever shop with this company again. Waiting for the package to get here so it can be rejected right away. And if I do not receive my refund they'll be hearing from me until it's done. I've never been a customer to complain but wrong is wrong !!!

Went in and finally decided on costume! Got to the register, mind you that you can NOT try on costumes in store. So I was just hoping whatever I bought would fit. She says there is no exchanges on it because its tight, ma'am how do you know. Plus its a dress not like its a all in one or anything. The signs says you can only exchange no returns. I'm just not understanding!!!!

The costumes are great. Good selection. The problem is customer service , NO one answers the phones EVER!! I've tried 3 days to get a hold of someone and nothing. And it would disconnect me! I had a question about my refund statues and it was impossible to get anyone, for that reason I will never shop at your store. Very unprofessional and disappointed. Cashiers need better training as well. For the prices you charge you should be more on your game.! I wouldn't had to return if y'all had a dressing room. Everyone's back to shopping no reason why dressing rooms are still closed! Had they been open I wouldn't have had a return to deal with.

Store was fine, Kingsport store that is, but the people were working were extremely rude. We still bought $250.00 worth of items but after being harassed by a couple of vape smoking employees we stopped shopping and paid for what we had and left. Last time we'll go there

Ordered products from them which qualified for free next day shipping. Six days later no tracking, products are now showing out of stock and it's impossible to reach them. Pretty sure I will not receive the product by Halloween. This company is an absolute joke,

Bought a few costums and they didn’t fit. Went to return them and cashier and manager told me I wasn’t able to get a refund cause it’s past the deadline only exchange. Well thanks Spirit Halloween for ruining my children’s halloween. Will not be returning, awful return policy. Do better!
