Avoid ordering online!! Ordered 2 costumes online, one got lost in shipping. The other one didn’t even ship because it apparently was “out of stock”, even though it wasn’t when it was ordered. I only found out when I called about not getting tracking updates after the order was confirmed, 9 days later and now both costumes are out of stock 10 days before Halloween.

I love spirt halloween but don't order online. My package is late and been in the same location for over a week. Still waiting for package that's already a week late.

Don't pay $30 for their Halloween sleeping stuff it has the thread falling out and can't return them because Because I threw away the wrapper Just bought them yesterday

Horrible return policy. I bought a jumping spider in store in London Ontario Canada. and few days latter it broke. Would not fire and keeps clicking. I went back to the store looking to exchange it and they said they don't do returns on animatronics. They told me to deal with dr zombie. I said I'm here right now with receipt, they said its "Not our problem after we sell it" After leaving feeling like I've been cheated/scamed I called Dr zombie and found out there in New Jersey. I spoke with the person and had to set up a email stating the problem and a discription of what was wrong with a video. So I did I wrote all my information down and full discription of problem, took a vary small video, hit send...... I get a bounce back email from postmaster at Spencer gifts stating I've violated my email and I have to get a hold of there email department to get my email unlocked and resent .... YOU GOT TO BE $H!T!NG ME!!! I'm at a loss I'm done, I will never buy anything there again. It's not about the money. 0 STARS if I could. NOT MY PROBLEM!!! P.s. I found the problem, inside the gearbox one of the gears sheared off a tooth.

Dont buy from them You go one day over on a return when you have been trying to contact them thru email and chat support and nothing are terrible and dont care!!! Waste of time as well as money ! Terrible customer service and support!

I bought this Posable Dummy Prop 6 years ago and only used it twice. As I pulled it out of the box to use this year, the fabric disintegrated in my hands and the head came out of its torso. NOT THE LOOK I WAS GOING FOR! The material used to construct the dummy is obviously faulty so I figured Spirit would certainly replace it, especially since it is still being sold in their stores. I WAS WRONG. They would not even consider replacement because I had purchased it so long ago. This is a simple low-cost item that they could have easily replaced, instead of doing the right thing they ignored the poor quality of their product and lost a good customer. I WILL NOT BE DOING BUSINESS WITH SPIRIT HALLOWEEN ANYMORE.

I bought a Dark Rebel Costume that stated on the packaging that it was for 12 to 14 years of age. However my daughter who is 13 and is petite and normal height could not even fit into it. I called guestservices and they keep giving me the same script return it and we will refund you or give you a new piece. However they did not answer my question that if the sizing is wrong will it be wrong with the new one that they will send me. Secondly I am in Hong Kong and I needed them to be responsible for the courier fee but they expect me to pay for it even if their own packaging is wrongly stated. Sherry a Guestservices supervisor was an ignorant person that did not know how to handle clients. On top of it I wrote 4 emails and no one replied me. The company CEO is Steven Silverstein and he too does not care to reply. This company is the worst to deal with and are totally unprofessional. Please stop buying from them. I am sure the response from this complaint will be to privately call guestservices which is their usual feedback.. What a Lame Company !!!
