This website is a dam joke,and i strongly recommend any one that orders off it to not waist your time or money.I tried to order a costume and they took my dam money and no costume.Its been 5 days and i still have not got it back.The customer service is very poor and they do not know anything.This is by far the worst site I ever ordered from and I would never do it again.They really need to shut this website down.

Went in store with a friend to get some decorations and we were asked if we wanted to donate. I mentioned the bracelets and the girl at the counter said they were out. I mentioned that I had gotten one earlier in the season (I visit several times a season and usually buy one every time I'm in because spirit of children is a good cause) and the girl said in a snotty tone "well aren't YOU special?" Sounded like she was making fun of me for donating to a charity. I don't HAVE to donate. If you guys are gonna be that way, I don't need your overpriced Halloween stuff when I can go to the other locally owned stores and get just as decent quality. Really sucked the fun out of our night too. Maybe you guys should screen your seasonal helps customer service better.

We ordered a costume girls tween size and received a child 4-6. According to the packaging we had until Oct 28th to exchange it in store but when we went to the store they said you couldn’t exchange it when we would have actually spent more money with them than the original purchase. Upon reviewing the packaging slip it said oct 28,2021 even though it clearly shows a 2022 purchase date. We had made a special trip to the store just to exchange it by the cutoff. Apparently they haven’t updated their packing slips with the correct info. Poor customer service and experience!!!

I tried to order my Granddaughter a costume online. I was told that my order would not be processed because it was out of stock! Well, the payment was STILL taken off my card, so I called "customer service", if THATS what they want to call it! I was RUDELY told that it was NOT taken, but it was "pending", and that it would be CANCELED, and returned in 3 to 5 business days!! Well, THAT time has PASSED, and NOW they say I have to email "Guest Services"...All THIS, to get MY money RETURNED when it was EXTREMELY easy for them to TAKE IT!! I WILL NEVER, EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS "COMPANY"

This place is terrible. They scam you out of your money. You cant try on costumes, you cant return anything. I was here multiple times and we bought a costume. Beware that none of the workers tell you that you cant return after 10/27. Nobody told us that. This place sucks. The costumes are cheap Chinese costumes, none of them EVER look like the real thing. Terrible material and everything. Do not come here. I TRIED CALLING AND THE COSTUMER SERIVE PHONE NUMBER YOU HAVE IN YOUR WEBSITE DOES NOT WORK YOU GUYS ARE ALL SCAMMERS

So, much for overnight shipping. I should have received my order yesterday. Still no order today. Customer service is non-existent. And, hey Spirit Halloween: Don't bother replying with your robot message. I'll be reporting you to the Attorney General for fraud.

If I could give this company 0 stars, I would. I ordered two costumes for my twin boys over a month ago, and they never showed up… Now we have nothing for Halloween. I’ve now been calling Spirit Halloweens customer service team everyday for the past week & they just hang up on me. They are non-existent. Even when a representative answers, they tell me to hold while they review my order, AND THEN HANG UP AGAIN! This business is a scam, and I would warn anyone thinking about ordering from them online. Someone should really shut this business down before they rip more people off of their hard earned money. Thieves.

After spending over $300 I tried to exchange my daughters costume because it didn't fit. I am told no exchanges after the 27th. What the whole fu$+.... So now I have to spend more money? That doesn't seem right, I mean it's not like I am trying to cheat anyone. I don't believe this to be fair business practice. BS at its finest.
