Excellent Service
I couldn’t find the adult costume I was looking for in their Kennesaw, GA store so I ordered it online. Excellent selection and their standard shipping only took 4 days.

Best workers
There very kind when I was returning my costume even though they didn’t have to because I opened the accessories pack and tried to scan the emote.

Amazing customer service from Christina at the Cutler Bay store.
Christina at the Cutler Bay store was amazingly helpful from the moment I walked in. She knew the product and made suggestions. It’s rare to get that kind of customer service at a seasonal location.

Will shop again!
Great staff, policies make sense for end of returns because if they let returns and exchanges happen after the 17th, everyone would return after the big party weekends. I suggest shopping earlier for those complaining. They have full refunds from August til almost end of October!
