SmarTrike really stands by their 2 year warranty. My daughter's loves her trike and it's been with us on every vacation and is used regularly. I followed up with smarTrike in some issues we were having, and they responded immediately and sent out a brand new trike within days. Their customers service is incredible, and my daughter is happy to have her trike with her again everywhere we go.

Purchased a smart trike for my daughter, the rear wheels fall off. This is likely due to the poor design, and unfortunately spares seem impossible to get a hold of. Stuck with a barely used trike that has a rear wheel which can't be reattached.

My daugther loves her smartrike , and I had a little issue with the front wheel , and then I did contact to customer service , and them were amazing , they resolved my problem professionally and efficient , thanks guy for give a good time to my little one

Exceptional Customer Service! I bought a SmarTrike smarTfold 500 from eBay in March 2021. It has been great and our son loves it. In technical terms there are a couple of things that I would change but I would still highly recommend this trike. What has really cemented my love for smarTrike is the customer service. This has ben prompt and clear. We recently took our trike on holiday (v useful that it folds down so well). On our return I realised that I must have left the detachable pedals and after getting nowhere with the hotel staff I looked to see if I could buy replacements. I contacted smarTrike customer service by email and had an immediate response asking for some details. having shared this information, and explaining what I have done, the customer service person has insisted on sending me a new set of pedals completely free of charge. I can't remember when I last had such a great level of customer service. Bravo smarTrike, you have made my week! Thank you. Simon Miles

Very disappointed with no instructions which I was able to figure out on my own. Almost completed the assembly and noticed missing parts to assemble the back wheels. Called customer service and they're closed due to weather conditions. Marshall fire truck 2 in 1 folding tricycle

I got the smarttrike as a gift (an expensive one might I add) and was super excited to use it with my toddler. I was looking forward to taking him places with it knowing how much fun we would both have. This was not the case at all. The handle has nothing on it for steering or stopping the bike. It is not made well and now less than a month later I cannot even steer the bike. The wheels go in the direction they want ( a full circle), I cannot push or steer the bike and it is now sitting in my house. I am not able to use it at all. This was a huge waste of money! I emailed over a week ago and called customer service (was on hold for over 30 minutes!!! And no answer from either). Highly disappointed!
