We are so grateful to Ira from SmarTrike for all her help and the effort she put into our case. We had some issues with the Australian distributor, which caused delays, and sadly the stroller didn’t arrive in time for our little one’s birthday. But thanks to Ira’s persistence and great customer care, everything was resolved smoothly, and the stroller arrived not on the Birthday but the very next day. The product itself is fantastic – lightweight, compact, and perfect for travelling with a toddler. Our little one loves sitting in it and we love how easy it is to fold and carry.

Loving our smartrike. The only problem is I cannot get accessories for it in Ireland at all. I need a raincover and there appears to be stockists of the accessories here in Ireland. I'm hoping my comment here will be seen and I might get some help.

Such a great product. I have a fussy toddler who refuses to sit in her pram but she loves her “bike”. She sat in it for almost 2 hours while Christmas shopping. I had a few parents say what a great idea it was. I had an issue with the break engaging when going over bumps. Customer service were super prompt, getting back to me within 24 hours and helped me by advising to simply tighten the screws and followed up to make sure everything was all sorted.

I bought the 3 in 1 trampoline for my sons 2nd birthday. Best money ever spent. I keep it in the living room and my son and 3yr old daughter absolutely love it. They would bounce all day long!! Unfortunately it was faulty and the handle almost snapped after 3 months. But I messaged Rory at customer services and they couldn’t of been any more helpful. I am now awaiting a replacement product. I would highly recommend it’s a great wee trampoline. Then can switch it up for a ball pit to keep it exciting for them.

My toddler received a smarTrike for Christmas and we were so excited! But when we started to assemble it, the small bag of parts for the wheels was missing. It took 2 months and 4 calls with customer service but we finally got the right pieces to assemble the trike. My customer service representative Mace was very helpful and kind through the whole process. I would give 5 stars but all of the pieces were not in the box when the original trike came, and it took 2 different tries to get the right pieces. The customer service was great, it just too hard to get a simple trike assembled.

I purchased a "Glow Toddler Tricycle" in June 2021, that fell apart after one month of light use. Customer support were quick to respond but then expected me to ship back a fully assembled trike which was very inconvenient, fortunately one of the customer experience managers got involved and resolved my issue brilliantly and quickly, would be five stars were it not for the initial problems prior to their involvement.

The front wheel lock of our trike broke... rendering it un-steerable. The part is of reasonable quality.. and lasted for approximately 2 years. While I would have loved to see this part replaced at no charge, I was satisfied with the small cost of the replacement part. The email exchanges took approximately 1 day per reply (took a few back and forth to get our parts identified). The replacement part shipped quickly and arrived in only 1 day. That's awesome. The initial part recieved was clearly used (very dirty and worn), but the company was swift to send a replacement and this part was satisfactory. Deducted 1 star for the quality of the first part.. but otherwise a very positive customer service experience.
