I bought the 3 in 1 trampoline for my sons 2nd birthday. Best money ever spent. I keep it in the living room and my son and 3yr old daughter absolutely love it. They would bounce all day long!! Unfortunately it was faulty and the handle almost snapped after 3 months. But I messaged Rory at customer services and they couldn’t of been any more helpful. I am now awaiting a replacement product. I would highly recommend it’s a great wee trampoline. Then can switch it up for a ball pit to keep it exciting for them.

Absolutely outstanding service I had a problem with the original trike I had purchased and messaged the help centre, Rory who has been helping me the past week sort the problem out was super he gave me all the information and kept me up to date with what was going on, as a result I ended up needing new replacement trike and the service was quick and Efficient that my son hardly noticed his trike was missing. Now it back we can’t wait to go out back on it and have the fun days Would 100% recommend smart trike my daughter had one 4 years ago and now my son who is one has one now and they both loved/love them. I have the smart trike str7 and it’s amazing so easy to push and looks so smart and always gets comments on how great it look

Absolutely amazing customer service from Rory when I enquired about the possibility of getting a spare wheel for my daughter's new 4 in 1 trike. She is currently in a spica cast after hip surgery and the trike is our only way of getting out and about, however we need to modify the wheel to make sure her left foot is clear of the pedal. Rory was amazing, so helpful and quick to respond and assist us and we now have a new wheel on the way meaning we can modify the original for use now and still have a spare functional wheel ready for when my daughter is able to use the trike properly by herself. We are so happy and will be recommending SmarTrike to friends and family. Thanks again for helping to make a difficult time more manageable!

I bought a SmarTrike for my son 3 months back. It has been used quite heavily and the approx daily usage is easily over 2 miles. My views on the bike are as follows: Pros: 1. The build quality is fairly good and is very easy to assemble 2. It is quite useful for travel as it can be collapsed quite easily 3. The customer service is amazing. I needed a replacement part as a connector was damaged while traveling in the bus (The person who assembled it once it was offloaded from the bus damaged it before I got off the bus. Not sure which person did it either as it happened before I got off the bus). Ira from customer service really helped understand the issue at hand. I was seeking a replacement for canopy whereas only the connector needed to be replaced. She helped diagnose the issue remotely and recommended the optimal solution. 4. The availability of replacement parts is a big plus point as the usage is very high and wear and tear is expected. 5. My kid enjoys the Trike a lot and it is comfortable enough for him to sleep in. Cons 1. I am nitpicking here but I think some of the parts (rear wheel) might need replacement soon but my guess is that it is due to heavy usage rather than anything else.

Smartrike is an excellent company. Customer service is outstanding. The 6 in 1 trike is a safe way for a toddler to learn to ride a bike independently. It is our granddaughters favorite mode of transportation to the park. We experienced an issue with the trike. Rory assisted us in a very professional and courteous manner to resolve the issue. Thank you Rory and Smartrike. We highly recommend this product and the company.

I ordered 2 Smartrikes online, I changed my mind and cancelled immediately, I emailed and called the company to cancel I have NIT RECEIVED MY PAYMENT BACKMSINCE August, they have replied to a few emails and not resolved the issue. Customer services is NON EXISTENT.

The best customer service ever! Had a problem with my trike they got back to me immediately and fix the problem. Would definitely tell anyone to buy smarTrike

Absolutely amazing service recently received from this company. After an airline lost the front wheel of our STR3 trike and refused to do anything about it, smarTrike stepped up and sent out a brand new wheel with no hassle. This was phenomenal customer service to receive after receiving such poor customer service from the airline! Thank you, smarTrike (and to you, too, Rory!)
