bought office chair and returned it back via Royal mail. 1st they dont pay the cost of return which costed me £16. even though amazon pays for it. 2nd: they denied they received the item even when i provided proof of delivery via the tracking number and photo. I am still trying to get my refund 2 months later. AVOID this seller.
