We Got a Sihoo Doro S100 Ergonomic Office Chair with Dual Dynamic Lumbar Support on April 6, great chair. On September 11, I emailed Customer support with a problem, my chair was inclination was not working correctly, the service I got is fantastic, Yan help thru the whole process f getting a replacement part and getting it shipped, I got he part yesterday, Thank you YAN. I do highly recommend this Company.

It was a great service that SIHOO provided me. They arranged a replacement pickup for my S100 after 1month passed and replaced my chair with a new one. Customer service is great, they always reply and do their best efforts to help Totally recommended.
