Good product but poor delivery service (two weeks, and absolutely no info about the due date).

Recently ordered the M102C office Chair from Sihoo, and irritatingly they somehow forgot to include the lumbar support which made me unable to even assemble the chair let alone use it.

Scrivo la recensione per la sihoo doro c300. Ho pagato la sedia 300euro, devo dire che è abbastanza comoda ma ci sono dei contro importanti: 1. La seduta non è regolabile, non adattabile quindi a tutte le altezze, sono alto 1.71 e devo comprarmi un appoggio per i piedi perché essendo la seduta troppo lunga per me e non regolabile tocco male per terra. Questo ovviamente incide anche quando decidi di inclinare lo schienale. 2. Il supporto lombare non è regolabile, puoi solo alzare o abbassare lo schienale e con questo si alza e si abbassa anche il supporto lombare. 3. Il supporto per la testa non è regolabile in altezza. Detto questo, fosse stata una sedia da 150euro avrei messo 5 stelle. Non vale il prezzo a cui la vendono. Sicuramente la tanta pubblicità positiva che si trova in rete per questa sedia è acquistata e pilotata.

Ich habe meinem Mann den Siho Doro C300 Stuhl zum Geburtstag geschenkt und muss sagen, dass dieser Stuhl perfekt zu seinem Zweck passt – komfortables langes Sitzen. Besonders schätze ich, dass die Rückenlehne die Wirbelsäule in der richtigen Position unterstützt und schützt. Die Qualität des Stuhls ist ebenfalls hervorragend. Ein nettes Detail: Zum Aufbau wurden sogar weiße Handschuhe mitgeliefert. Der Kundenservice war sehr freundlich und hat schnell auf meine E-Mail reagiert. Ich kann den Siho Doro C300 wärmstens empfehlen, besonders für diejenigen, die mehr als acht Stunden am Tag sitzen. Wir sind mit unserem Einkauf bei Siho sehr zufrieden!

Spedizione con tempi ragionevoli, considerando la provenienza e il periodo natalizio. Sedia facile da montare, comoda, come da aspettative. Ho aperto una piccola richiesta con il servizio clienti, risolta nel giro di 48h. Sulla durata ancora ovviamente non posso esprimermi.

I bought one Doro S100 chair and D03 Adjustable Standing desk on Black Friday. The chair arrived within a few days with really good quality. I had to contact the seller for an update on the desk with no tracking info after 3 weeks. The Sihoo customer support replied my query quickly. It turned out the color I ordered for the desk was out of stock, so I agreed to have a different color shipped to me. The new desk in stock was again shipped really fast. Unfortunately there was an issue that could have been caused during the shipping process, but the customer support team, especially Yan, provided timely and satisfied support to solve the problem.
