I recently received and assembled the Sihoo M57 chair (the updated version with the new armrests and waterfall seat). Although the delivery took a bit longer than expected, the customer support team stayed very responsive, kept me updated, and followed up attentively throughout the process. As for the chair itself, I am very satisfied. The mesh material is firm and comfortable (183cm, 73KG), which is crucial if you suffer from tailbone pain, as a saggy mesh can make sitting very painful. If you are in the same boat, you know exactly what I mean. On top of that, it has a beautiful knit pattern, and I love it. The lumbar support works great for relieving back pressure, and the overall aesthetic fits perfectly with my setup. The only minor observation is that the armrests have a bit of clearance/wobble, but as support explained, this is normal and doesn't affect functionality. Overall, great customer service and highly recommended for anyone looking for a solid ergonomic chair in this price range!

SAV très décevant. J’ai contacté le service client par mail pour un problème avec ma chaise. J’ai reçu une première réponse, à laquelle j’ai répondu, puis plus aucune nouvelle. Mon problème reste donc sans solution. Ce n’est pas normal de laisser un client sans suivi. J’attends une réponse et une solution concrète.

I am writing today 29 september, the chair has broken in the back while I was working on my desk. Looks like the soft part has yielded. I bought the chair in September 2023 through amazon and barely used it until this year (I moved back to my home country). I have been using the chair daily for 7 months and making a normal use of it. The guarantee is of 3 years and it broke just now, about 1 week after the guarantee ended. I would greatly appreciate any solution regarding this matter, I have enjoyed the chair so far but I am quite disappointed that this just happened.

J’ai commandé une chaise en juin 2024 et j’en suis pleinement satisfait ! Je l’utilise tous les jours pour travailler et, après presque deux ans d’utilisation intensive, elle reste très confortable et répond parfaitement à mes attentes. J’ai récemment rencontré un tout petit problème, qui a été pris en charge et résolu très rapidement par le service après-vente. Un grand merci à toute l’équipe du SAV pour sa réactivité, son professionnalisme et son sérieux. C’est vraiment appréciable de pouvoir compter sur un service aussi efficace, même près de deux ans après l’achat ! D’ailleurs, tellement satisfaits de la qualité de la chaise et du sérieux de la marque, nous en avons racheté une deuxième pour ma femme. C’est une belle preuve de confiance envers le fabricant ! Je recommande sans hésitation cette marque, aussi bien pour la qualité de ses produits que pour son excellent service après-vente.

The Sihoo c300 is the best chair I’ve ever owned. And the customer service is beyond amazing. I recommend Sihoo to anyone looking to upgrade their chair.

Ich hatte einen Garantiefall bei meinem Sihoo S100, da sich an meinem Stuhl die Schrauben der Lordosenstütze gelöst hatten. Das benötigte Ersatzteil war aktuell nicht lieferbar. Statt mich lange warten zu lassen, hat Sihoo mir unkompliziert einen neuen Stuhl als Ersatz zugesendet. Der Kundenservice war während des gesamten Vorgangs sehr schnell, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Kommunikation verlief reibungslos und ich wurde stets zeitnah informiert. Ein erstklassiger Kundenservice, wie man ihn sich wünscht.
