I bought my SIHOO Doro C300 almost three years ago, and I've been so happy with it that I recently decided to buy the exact same chair for my girlfriend. The chair is extremely comfortable, and even after almost three years of daily use, I'm still very satisfied with my purchase. I especially want to highlight SIHOO's excellent customer service. I contacted them because the lumbar support had lost some tension over time, and they sent me a replacement free of charge under warranty. The new lumbar support feels amazing, and the improvement is definitely noticeable! The support team has been incredibly attentive, friendly, and helpful throughout the entire process. It's reassuring to know that a company stands behind its products even after several years. Highly recommended, both for the quality of their chairs and their outstanding after-sales support!

I have purchased several high-quality and expensive office and gaming chairs over the years, but I can confidently say that my SIHOO Doro C300 Pro V2 (Black, with Footrest) is one of the very best I have ever owned. The build quality, attention to detail, ergonomic design and overall comfort are genuinely impressive. From the moment I started assembling it, I could tell that this was a thoughtfully engineered product. However, what impressed me just as much as the chair itself was the entire purchasing experience. Shortly after placing my order, I received shipping confirmation, and the chair arrived within just a few days. The ordering process was smooth, efficient and remarkably well organised. During assembly, I discovered a defect in the folding mechanism of the left armrest. Naturally, this was disappointing with a brand-new product. But this is where SIHOO truly demonstrated what outstanding customer service looks like. I contacted their support team, explained the issue and provided photographic and video evidence. They responded extremely quickly, handled the matter professionally and arranged for a replacement left armrest without unnecessary questions, delays or complications. Today, I received the replacement part, and the issue has been resolved. Special thanks to Aya and the SIHOO Support Team for their exceptional responsiveness, professionalism and genuine care. What makes a company truly exceptional is not necessarily that nothing ever goes wrong, but how it treats its customers when something does. I work hard for the money I spend, as we all do, and I believe that when we invest in a quality product, we deserve not only excellent craftsmanship but also respect, reliability and proper after-sales support. SIHOO delivered on all of these. I honestly cannot remember the last time I experienced such a smooth, reassuring and satisfying purchasing process.
