First of all what a chair. The chair has a nice weight to it and the plastic is extremely strong and high quality. I have asbolutely no regrets about buying from Sihoo. Its everything I imagined and then some. Not only are their chairs pristine but their customer service is second to none. I mistakenly ordered a black chair instead of white, so I contacted their customer service through email. I explained my error and sent it off. In less than 24 hours I had a response and without any hesitation they resolved my error. The shipping was very fast and hassle free as well. Nothing could have made this experience of purchasing a chair from Sihoo any better.

Sihoo chair is the best chair period, it’s literally “ergonomic chair” not just advertising words. I easily fall asleep on the chair. Its widely adjustable for man and woman with different height or size, customer service is also top tier, they were even able to help with my service a year after my purchase, definitely go for Sihoo, good chair and good customer service.

Oh boy do I have a lot to say. First, my order arrived exactly on time with nothing missing. Second, when I asked them about minor noises on my chair, SIHOO Support Canada was able to respond to my email within 6 hours on a weekend while I expected 2-3 business days, and actually offered me a fix after consulting their internal technicians. The chair is perfect, and so is the company. Truly on-par with names like Steam Support.

Great customer service! Good deals, just wish they would use UPS instead of FedEx but otherwise excellent all around!

Chronopost renvoie le colis de ma commande SIHOOFR27718 , Sihoo ignore mes e-mails ! Expérience client catastrophique. Chronopost a effectué un renvoi à l'expéditeur totalement abusif, sans même tenter de me livrer ni me prévenir. Depuis, le colis est reparti et c'est le silence radio complet : le service support de Sihoo ne répond à aucun de mes e-mails pour régler la situation. C'est inadmissible pour une marque de ce prix. Je me retrouve maintenant avec un colis sur 2 donc une assise de chaise..... Bien évidemment pas un numéro de téléphone pour régler ça rapidement. Un employé arrive dans mon entreprise cette semaine et risque de se retrouver sans chaise.
