I bought an item that weighs just over 1 lb, price was about 26 dollars, I was charged almost 35 dollars for shipping. that is unethical behavior on the part of Goodwill.

THEIR NEW WEBSITE IS AWFUL. I WAS NOT ABLE TO FIND THE "SAVE" BUTTON ANYWHERE TO SAVE AN ITEM TO BID LATER DESPITE OF THEIR WRITTEN INSTRUCTIONS WHICH WERE USELESS. I CALLED 714-640-8370 TO NAVIGATE ME , RECORDED MESSAGE ASKED TO STAY ON LINE FOR REPRESENTATIVE, THEN I HEARD "GOODBYE" . DOES ANYBODY KNOW THE ANSWER TO MY QUESTION ?

You do find some good deals but just and FYI don’t buy anything that’s says it’s Tiffany and co. I had to return one because it was a fake and the other one looked super real and I sold it to someone else on eBay who said it was fake and they refused to send it back after I refunded them. So I ended up being out almost $200 that I spend on the necklace. Before you leaves something as Tiffany please get it authenticated good will. High dollar jewelry is notorious for having fakes. If you aren’t sure if it’s a reproduction please list that in the description.

Goodwill allows FedEx to double or triple the item weight for shipping and this is WRONG! The packaged, shipped item does NOT weigh what FedEx is claiming and charging. I have checked the weights on multiple items and FedEx is blatantly stealing money on these transactions! SHAME ON GOODWILL AND FEDEX!!

Overpriced second hand items. I bought several junk items in the past. They ban good auction buyers. Crooked and rude company

Don't buy anything with moving parts. Clothing is fine but I've been burned a few times with some things that are obviously broken - it was obvious that the sellers didn't even try to inspect the product. There is a no return policy for a reason!

It is hard to bid on their site. Before the clock for the item is up the item has closed and someone else won it. They over charge shipping. Items on there are second hand so sell for far more than retail. Even eBay is cheaper. They need to improve there price gauging.
