For a nonprofit I don’t understand the HANDLING FEE. You are clearly an E-COMMERCE BUSINESS! I’m already paying for shipping and taxed on that! Then you charge an additional Fee ( South Florida Shopgoodwill is at $5 handling fee per item, yet ORLANDO charges NO handling Fee! If you Also notice shipping prices are way overcharged!! Shipping set at 15 lbs Actual weight 2.7Lbs!! How is this Legal?? Can you say CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT!! Goodwill has gone from helping communities to filling their own Greed filled pockets!! Now I’m truly curious what you CEOs annual pay is, I SEE AN AMERICAN GREED EPISODE IN THE MAKING!!!

I recently found this website and I've bought several different items. The last thing I bought was a Toshiba Satellite laptop without a hard drive for $58 bucks. My Toshiba Satellite was falling apart its almost 10 years old, the screen was cracked & the plastic housing was held on by tape. A new laptop touchscreen alone is $75. Everything I've bought from here was brand new, even this used laptop doesn't have a scratch on it. I've bought half bottles of expensive perfumes I could never afford new for a tenth of the original price. I had one problem with a cell phone in that I couldn't activate it because Sprint had blacklisted it due to non contract obligations. I sent Goodwill a email, the money was back on my card the very next day AND they let me keep the phone. Service is outstanding and quality is impeccable. Of course you'll pay for shipping, handling and taxes on every item so this does jack up the end price. I highly recommend this site if you're looking for quality "used" merchandise at unbeatable prices.

The only thing I don't understand that.....yes....you're sending you're money to help other people...and I've been using S.GoodWill Online for awhile now..... BUT... I just can't wrap my head around a person spending $300 on an item you could find ANYWHERE fort $100 or less... Which brings me to the question "Are Goodwill employees allowed to bid?" Because if I was ONE of them I'd just purchase items at a crazy high amount until "I Assume" the item gets put on to the floor. I even TESTED this with an item I wanted that cost about $200....& put up a price at $450....& Believe it or not...the next day someone put $1 over and won!!!.....A week later I saw the item back online ......Disc. t he same EXACT thing.....Lost.....but this time "It Disappeared" It's just that either people have no clue that they're other places to buy. For 10x's cheaper (I HIGHLY DOUBT) or there's something else shady going on. I've always been a GoodWill supporter ...even when they went online....but now it just seems like a cluster of people placing crazy amounts to either have us spend more or for them to get GoodWill price on the floor. I mean with the amount of money I've heard/seeen people spend....maybe add GoodWill bucks/Points to use later on....it would make up for the price gouging/shelling that HAS to be happening..... I don't....I miss the old days of going in looking into the glass cabinets up front to see what AWESOME deals they had.....they still give you the PUNCH OUT cards for $10 off after you spend X amount....but for the 20-40 male AGE group ....Why would we go into the store knowing that the items we like are 100% online? I used to go in weekly ...now maybe 3 times a year hoping someone messed up and put an item I like on the floor. I guess the store is now for women from the ages )60+ who go there anymore.... Kind of sad when your think about it & even with people saying "We Will NEVER USE G.W. ONLINE AGAIN" Theyll be back hoping to get that lot people missed. On that note....someone should secret employe the online store and Whistle Blow what's truly going on. Thanks Again and I hope someone with a consciousness sees this and trays to remedy the situation......Plus they should look at REDDIT too. They'd be amazed!! Johnny V

Do not but from Goodwill/Auction they will rip you off. They are hiding any and all damage and not putting it in the Description of the item. When I sent a ea mail about it I get noting from them. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM THEY WILL STEEL YOUR MONEY.

I mainly use this site to buy inventory for my eBay and other online stores because if you are diligent, there’s a lot of potential for decent profit margins on popular products. The site can also be used to find great deals on just about anything if you’re just shopping for yourself or friends and family. NOTE: Always check shipping cost before bidding!!! Some items clearly have inflated shipping costs that can kill any profit. Also note that seller has 7 days from receipt of payment to ship your items, which can potentially affect your turnaround. I’ve been using the Goodwill auction site for about a year and it really is a great place to stumble across some fantastic deals on all kinds of stuff!

This was my first purchase from Shopgoodwill.com and my last. Item description was misleading and described a sweater I purchased as “ may have loose threads and normal wear” but I don’t consider a big hole in the back of my sweater just a loose thread or normal wear. Buyer beware you can’t trust the description and you are risking weather it will be in satisfactory condition. This item was also sold as is but had I know there was a none repairable hole in the back I would have saved my $25.
