Honestly, I know a lot of people have mixed feelings about shopgoodwill but I actually really like it. I know the people that work at Goodwill are not experts and a lot of the time things are listed basically or inaccurately but you got to give them some credit because they work with lots of different types of items everyday with no time to research. Every time I have bought anything off of shopgoodwill it always arrived on time and the people that work there are very nice. They will help you quickly and respectfully. Honestly, you can also get some super cool things at an unbeatable price! Definitely a cool place to check out and get some great stuff!

I've bid on a number of items, both winning and losing. I've always received my item with decent packaging. The finds are fantastic for the price. Apparently a lot of reviews I've seen are negative, but I suspect it's mostly people who got something different from what they expected (like they expected something new, when it was clearly a used item), or were outbid and angry for losing, because they didn't read the fine print or examine the pics closely. I'm fine with their no-return policy, you get what you pay for.

I have had great experiences from buying on shopgoodwill.com .if you see something you like research the value of the item along with the handling and shipping fee and if it is worth it to you then buy it if not then don’t. I have made a lot of profit from reselling items that I have gotten off their sight. If it arrives broken they have always refunded all my cost to me.

They are honest . They are selling the same stuff every overpriced retailer is. I always check shopgoodwill first. Its worth it.

I was skeptical about bidding on this website because a majority of the reviews report very negative experiences, but my experience so far has been quite smooth honestly A lot of people complain about shipping price, but you're able to calculate/estimate how much it would cost to ship to you BEFORE you bid so.... if you dont want to pay that price, dont... the information is handed to you, lol. The shipping for my item was around 12~ dollars and in total--- my bid of 105, taxes, shipping and handling--- i paid 120ish In regards to shipping (which I was very wary of, too, since it's been badly mentioned) I paid for my item--- a limited edition instax camera--- the day of and i think literally the next day it was already out for delivery. I was prepared to wait weeks, but I got it in the morning two days later, and the camera was very well packaged (bubble wrap, those air thingys). The camera is working perfectly, has no flaws, and is so cute! I know a lot of people have experienced some horrible stuff, and i do feel bad in that regard, but with all things online shopping it's up to you to decide whether you want to take a chance on this or not. I wanted to put my good experience here because I know a lot more people report their negative experiences online, so having another perspective on here might help someone decide if they want to shop here as well :) I took a risk (unknowing if the camera would work or not) and I'm very happy with it, saved a few hundred bucks compared to if I bought this same camera from someone on mercari or whatnot Overall: just be informed on what you're doing and decide for yourself whether it's worth your time and money. good luck

My experience with shopgoodwill.com has been very good. I buy toys in bulk which are by the pound. Some toy lots have amazing finds in them, all of them have at least one hard to find item that I have been looking for. These items are donated so there is no guarantee on condition, which for the price I pay is no big deal. My advice is to always set a budget, read the description and disclaimer on the auction. Remember, this is a website that is a non-profit and depends on donations and sales to survive. So, with that in mind buy from this website knowing that you are helping a great cause.

ive seen alot of bad reviews about this app but i was so pleasantly surprised! i bought sneakers where the description said they had some flaws but these sneaks came and look close to brand new ! better than i ever could have expected ! this is my first time but i am definitely happy with my order !

Went into two Kalamazoo Goodwill stores today.Both stores were very clean, organized, and well staffed. Mary E at the Mil ham Retail Outlet was especially friendly, and even asked me in a nice way if I qualified for the 10% senior discount! I did, 🙂 ,and I appreciated her great customer service!
